Effective August 4th, 2025.

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to Affinity Member Services Refer and Earn Program (the “Program”). By submitting a referral for a business or otherwise participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Affinity’s Privacy Policy.

Program Eligibility

Who is Eligible to Participate?

Consultants, investors, and friends who refer a business to Affinity Member Services through the online referral software or in writing to a Affinity employee may be eligible to receive a $200 referral bonus. Existing customers who refer a business to Affinity may be eligible to receive a $250 referral bonus.

Who is Not Eligible to Participate?

Affinity’s strategic partners with existing referral programs

Affinity employees within the Sales organization

Business owners, operators, or business decision makers are not permitted to refer their own restaurants.

Franchisors who are responsible for making the POS purchasing decision for its franchisees, are not eligible to receive Bonus Payouts for any franchisee referrals.

Referral Requirements

Subject to these Terms, for each “Qualified Referral” that meets the following criteria, you will receive the applicable Bonus Payout listed below. A “Qualified Referral” is a business that:

is referred to Affinity either through the online referral software, or in writing (email is acceptable) to an existing Affinity employee, verbal referrals are unable to be verified and will not be accepted;

is not an existing lead in the Affinity system (Affinity reserves the right in its sole discretion to determine the original lead source. Exceptions may be made, in Affinity’s sole discretion, if the referral has not been contacted by Affinity for at least 6 months); and

Has entered into a Merchant Agreement Initial Order Form with Affinity, and has been live, processing transactions on the Affinity platform for at least thirty (30) days.

Bonus Payouts

A referral bonus of $200 for non-customers, and $250 for existing Affinity customers will be issued for each Qualified Referral.

The referring party must complete an electronic W9 and ACH form before a Bonus Payout can be issued.

Bonus Payouts will be issued to the individual referrer in the form of direct deposit to the account specified on the provided ACH Form

Limit to one referral Bonus Payout per business brand or group.

There is no limit to the number of referrals an individual can submit, or eligible Bonus Payouts for Qualified Referrals an individual can receive, while the Program is effective.

Affinity will determine, in its sole discretion, whether a referral is a Qualified Referral eligible for a Bonus Payout.

Modifications

Affinity reserves the right to modify these Terms or terminate the Program at any time, in its sole discretion, without notice, however, we will employ commercially reasonable efforts to post a notice on the referral website.
