Our privacy commitment
Affinity Member Services does not sell personal information, and does not share personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, text messaging opt in data, or consent records with any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances.
Collection of personal information
Information you provide. We may obtain information that you provide directly to us when you interact with the Site, such as when you complete our contact form, request a quote, submit a merchant application, or inquire about financing or marketing services. Mobile information and text messaging
No mobile information collected by Affinity Member Services, including mobile phone numbers, text messaging originator opt in data, and consent records, will be sold, rented, or shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This information is shared only with subcontractors that support our messaging operations, such as our SMS platform provider, and only as needed to deliver the messages you have requested.
If you provide your mobile number and affirmatively opt in, we may send you text messages regarding your account, application and onboarding status, appointment scheduling and reminders, support responses, and available products and services. Message frequency varies based on your account activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to cancel, or reply HELP for assistance. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. Consent applies only to the program you enrolled in and is not transferable or assignable. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to help you access and navigate the Site, retain your preferences, keep the Site secure, and analyze how the Site are used so that we can improve them. Selling and sharing. We do not sell personal information and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under the CCPA. We do not have actual knowledge that we sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.
Right to know. You have the right to know what personal information we have collected about you.
